Hi!
I know Russian, but I'll write this in English so that people who don't know Russian will understand.
I heard on the news that there were complaints about spelling mistakes in the Tajik Wikipedia. I don't know Tajik and I know whether these complaints are correct, but this gave me an idea. There's a bot that we have in the Hebrew Wikipedia. It goes over a list of several hundreds of common spelling mistakes, and fixes them periodically. The editing community has a page to discuss them, and when there is consensus that a mistake can be safely corrected automatically, then it's added to the corrections list.
If it's useful for you, I'll be happy to connect you with people who can help you set this up for Tajik.
