- For LARP societies that do not run events or have many varied sub-groups: genre, system, and event_style can be left blank.
- A recommended size for logo images is a width of 220px, or somewhat smaller.
- Under founded enter linked founding year, when first event run or society established.
- Location is where events are run. If group is nationwide, provide linked name of country under location. If local, provide city/area and country. If group does not run events, location could be where members are located.
- Under structure provide organisational structure, e.g. "Franchised international business", "Nationwide club", "Local club", "Local business", or "Nationwide society".
- Please link to Wikipedia pages on genre and system (if system is published independently of the LARP group)
- If group has its own system then under system summarise the main tools used for game mechanics, e.g. "Foam weapons", "Rock-paper-scissors", "Dice" or "Cards"
- For event style indicate typical length and location of events and maximum participant number if relevant, e.g. "Three-hour gaming convention events", "Two-day camping events with up to 200 participants". If max event size is controversial then provide a citation.
- For active indicate yes or no for whether group is still running events.
